Our Projects

From 2004 Novelty had completed hundreds of government construction project Mention with 4 Technical training center in Comilla, Narsingdi, Munshiganj and Sylhet along with Kormojibi Mohila Hostel Nilkhet, RAB training center and Tajuddin Medical Nursing Dormitory Gazipur. Our Fisheries and Agro project is based on south-western district Satkhira. More fish and agro goods were produced there and supplied to the whole country.

RAB Forces Traning School Gazipur

Construction of 5 (five) RAB Complexes and One RAB Forces Training School Complex. (Sub-Head: Extension of 4th and 5th floor over 4 storied trainee force barrack for 250 persons with 6 storied foundation and over 4 storied force barrack for 130 persons with 6 storied foundation Including Civil, Internal Sanitary, Water Supply & Internal Electrification) (Sub-Head: Vertical extension of 4th and 5th floor over existing 3rd floor of trainee force barrack of RAB forces training school at Gazipur.

Technical Training Centre(TTC)

Construction of Technical Training Centre (TTC) at Fenchugonj Upazila, Sylhet under the project of ''Establishment of 40 (Forty) Technical Training Centre (TTC) at Upazila Level 1(one) Institute of Marine Tecnology (IMT) at Chittagong'' (Sub Head: Construction of Academic building; Girls Dormitory building; Principal, Vice-Principal & Female Instructors Quarter; Pump house; Sub-Station & Generator building; Garage/Cycle shed; Underground Water Reservoir; Deep Tube-well including Distribution line; Compound Drain; Approach Road; Site Development including Internal & External Electrification works).

Working Womans Hostel

Construction of 10 Ten Storied Working Womans Hostel with 01 One Basement Floor at Nilkhet Dhaka.under the Project Construction of Working Womans Hostel at Nilkhet & more development of existing working womans hostels at different districts in Bangladesh.

Staff Nurses Dormitory

Construction of 10 Storied Staff Nurses Dormitory with 10 storied foundation including Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrification Works under the Project of ''Establishment of Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College & Hospital'' at Gazipur. During the year: 2021-2022.
